Job Summary
Distribution Technician 1, 1st Shift (Mon-Fri 6:15AM-2:30PM) responsible for picking, packing, and shipping distribution orders, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring GMP-compliant operations. Duties include applying GMP, following SOPs, loading pallets with pallet jacks, verifying storage conditions and temperature monitoring, and maintaining a safe, organized warehouse. Requires ability to lift 40–75 lbs, use PPE (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs), pass TSA background check, and work in a refrigerated environment. Forklift experience and data entry proficiency with Microsoft Office are preferred; offers competitive pay at $19.50/hour with benefits and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Must pass TSA background check
- Able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs and a maximum of 75 lbs
- Willing to work in a refrigerated environment with PPE
- Experience with warehouse/distribution or logistics is preferred (1 year)
- Knowledge of GMP and SOPs
- Forklift experience preferred
