Job Summary
Conduct data-based problem-solving activities to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost in the distribution process. Monitor distribution processes, ensure standard work methods are followed, and assist teams in maintaining distribution flow. Lead process improvement initiatives, present results to leadership, and perform audits of distribution processes and standard work metrics. Correct ergonomic and safety concerns, resolve operational bottlenecks, and provide specialty job skills training to associates. Perform distribution associate duties as required, including picking, packing, shipping, receiving returns, organizing shipments, and managing inventory.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 plus years of experience in a warehouse environment or a related area
- Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), WMS and email
- Demonstrated ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing
- Proven track record of stability and dependability in the workplace
- Ability to use RF scanner or WMS workstation
- Able to operate lift equipment, as assigned
- Able to lift and carry 50 lbs. on a regular basis
- Able to push/pull up to 75 lbs.
- Able to stand/walk on concrete surface for 8+ hours per day, with regular bending, reaching, and crouching
- Go up and down stairs and work at a height up to 20 feet on the mezzanine (where applicable)

- Strong demonstration of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the distribution process
- Ability to handle multiple priorities is essential
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 plus years of experience in a warehouse environment or a related area preferred
