Job Summary
Distribution Team Lead oversees order processing, picking, packaging, shipping, and receiving for the Public Safety division. Responsibilities include monitoring performance, developing and analyzing KPIs, supporting continuous improvement, collaborating with Distribution Centre leadership and cross-functional teams, assisting with labour planning and workflow optimization, standardizing processes, and utilizing systems such as WMS, Excel, Power BI, and SQL to identify trends and opportunities. Requires leadership potential, strong organizational skills, and adherence to health & safety standards. Office is in Mississauga, ON, Canada; in-person role.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3–5 years of experience in distribution center, warehouse, or logistics operations
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and operational reporting
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power BI and SQL considered an asset
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment and adapt to changing priorities
