Distribution Team Lead

Lead a Distribution team within a global logistics group, driving district and department excellence across metrics such as employee satisfaction, training completion, on-time performance, cycle counts, inventory accuracy, and process adherence. Responsible for guiding and developing team members, ensuring schedules are met, enforcing policies and SOPs, fostering cross-functional collaboration, monitoring performance, and providing coaching to achieve operational efficiency and service quality. Requires 1-2 years of team leadership (preferred), Associates Degree in related field (preferred), strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Spanish, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
