Job Summary
Lead and develop a 15-30 hourly team in a fast-paced warehouse environment; drive KPI performance (order fill rate, inventory accuracy, inspections), meet safety goals, promote LEAN principles, and implement process improvements; coach, train, and mentor associates, conduct annual performance reviews, and maintain a professional, safe work environment; requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, plus experience with automation/conveyance systems.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of previous experience in a leadership role with a track record of implementing and managing change
- High school diploma/GED required
- Ability to coach, train, and mentor associates; conduct annual performance reviews
- Experience with KPI monitoring, safety goals, Lean principles, and process improvement
- Experience working in environments with automation and/or conveyance systems (preferred)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Cross-training ability and willingness to grow duties as needed
