Job Summary
Execute warehouse operations ensuring service, cost, health and safety, quality, food defense, and legal compliance. Manage inventory through iDoc systems and stock reconciliation, monitor interfaces, track and trace shipments, and handle claims and invoice management. Analyze stock inaccuracies to align SAP with warehouse management systems, verify capacity utilization, and introduce corrective measures for missing KPIs. Collaborate with third-party logistics vendors to ensure timely, complete deliveries adhering to quality and HACCP guidelines while monitoring inbound, outbound, and co-packing activities. Review risks and opportunities for full-cost analysis and support continuous improvement projects. Work a 12 days on, 2 days off schedule from 7pm to 3am.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft applications, especially highly experienced with excel
- Experience in logistics operations, procurement or supply chain function in general as an asset
- Analytical thinking
- Good knowledge of ERP, preferably SAP R3
- High School
- 12 days on, 2 days off (7pm - 3am)
