Job Summary
Front-line Distribution Supervisor overseeing loadout teams to support the Delivery Manager in daily warehouse operations. Responsible for leading, coaching, and developing staff; overseeing receiving, storing, and shipping; ensuring inventory accuracy; coordinating carrier shipments; and driving efficiency using data and analytics (TMS/Jalapeno). Enforces DOT and OSHA safety standards, maintains high KPI performance, and fosters a collaborative, accountable, and safety-focused culture to ensure on-time delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment
- Familiarity with DOT and OSHA regulatory requirements
- Experience training others to new processes or procedural updates
- An aptitude for equipment operation and troubleshooting
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
