Distribution Supervisor

Distribution Supervisor leading the Distribution/warehouse operations, supervising staff, and driving performance metrics to ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality service. Responsible for staffing, coaching and mentoring team members, conducting regular check-ins, and ensuring training objectives (including 52 hours per year) are met. Oversees operations including loading, inventory accuracy (cycle count), and accurate application of SAP/ERP/warehouse procedures; ensures adherence to SOPs, data integrity, and timely communication with customers and clients. Collaborates with Sales, Finance, and Operations to optimize service delivery, support growth, and maintain customer satisfaction. Must demonstrate strong leadership, negotiation, time management, problem-solving, and bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in a logistics/expedited environment.
