Job Summary
Supervise daily order processing operations to ensure accuracy and on-time fulfillment while developing and executing operational plans to meet productivity and service level goals. Provide leadership and coaching to a team of 15-20 distribution associates through daily meetings, performance check-ins, and recognition initiatives. Monitor operational reports and metrics to track performance, enforce health and safety protocols, and maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and 14001 standards. Adhere to 5S Standards and work in a warehouse environment where temperatures vary with weather conditions. Requires three years of e-commerce distribution experience and proficiency in warehouse management systems.
Required Qualifications
- Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures
- Must be able to push/pull/lift up to 50 lbs. at a time
- Must be able to work in a warehouse environment where the temperature is affected by weather conditions
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and manage teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and strategic thinking abilities
- High level of time management and prioritization skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management systems
- Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment with a strong sense of urgency
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in an e-commerce distribution center
- Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced distribution or logistics environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with B2B Operations is a plus
- Degree in Business Administration/Management or related field is a plus
