Job Summary
Support the Facility Manager with daily activities at the Coleshill site, focusing on the safe distribution of packaged gas products to internal and external customers. Establish strong working relationships with key departments and lead a team of drivers toward a culture of delivering high-quality, safe, and cost-effective service. Ensure compliance with EU driving regulations and ADR rules while maintaining strong organizational skills and effective interpersonal cooperation. Utilize ERP systems and demonstrate geographical knowledge of the distribution area. This role contributes to Air Liquide's mission of advancing energy and environment transition through a collaborative, respectful environment.
Required Qualifications
- Good knowledge & understanding EU driving regulations and ADR rules
- Leadership experience in an operational management role in an industrial environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrable ability to cooperate with others with effective interpersonal skills
- IT skills - working knowledge of ERP systems and use of PCs and associated software
- Good geographical knowledge of the distribution area
