Job Summary
Distribution Supervisor leads daily inbound/outbound distribution operations, supervises staffing and labor allocation, and drives productivity, quality, safety, and service objectives in a fast-paced distribution center. Responsibilities include coaching and developing team members, onboarding and cross-training, maintaining compliance with safety and procedures, partnering with leadership to meet production goals and customer commitments, and identifying opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and Lean/5S initiatives. Must bring a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), 3–5 years of supervisory distribution experience, WMS/RF/inventory knowledge, strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office (Dynamics 365 a plus), and forklift certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume distribution, warehouse, or fulfillment center environment
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), RF technology, and inventory management processes
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; Dynamics 365 experience is a plus
- Forklift experience or certification preferred
