Job Summary
Distribution Supervisor (1st Shift) leading 20–60 associates in a 24/7, high-volume distribution environment. Responsibilities include coaching and mentoring staff, overseeing staffing, workflow, equipment use, and shift coordination; achieving productivity, quality, and safety goals; monitoring KPIs and implementing lean improvements; enforcing OSHA and safety standards; and supporting leadership initiatives. Requires proven leadership, strong analytics/problem-solving, organizational skills, and proficiency with SAP, Word, and Excel. Associate’s degree preferred with related experience; or five years of related experience without a degree. Management reserves right to modify duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree preferred, with at least three years of related experience; or at least five years of related experience without a degree.
- Proven leadership experience guiding teams, managing performance, and building a positive work environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to review data and implement practical solutions.
- Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving setting.
- Basic proficiency with SAP, Word, and Excel and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
