Job Summary
Conduct monthly dialogues with Group Agency Distribution, preparing reports and managing follow-up items. Design, execute, and track agency strategy from Business Plan development to strategic deep dives. Develop business proposals, timelines, and launch plans for agency engagement events like Flying Start and ALC. Collaborate with stakeholders across Digital Enablement, Technology, Finance, and Customer pillars to align plans and clear roadblocks. Mentor junior strategy team members and share best practices to build collective capability. Report to the Head of Distribution Strategy, Performance and Compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in consulting, applied strategy, agency, finance, or a related field
- strong track record in agency strategy (insurance/financial services preferred)
- Proven track record of diagnosing and solving complex business problems

- Strong storytelling and powerpoint skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
