Job Summary
Distribution Specialist responsible for managing printing of batches, routing paperwork to/from the warehouse, invoicing orders, generating and maintaining facility reports, coordinating with carriers for pickups and freight claims, tracking and paying freight bills, processing electronic orders, managing returns and inventory distribution, and supporting cycle counts and special projects. Requires strong organizational and communication skills, comfort with a manufacturing environment, numeric proficiency, and basic computer literacy. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required or the equivalent (GED) preferred
- 1-2 years Warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Must have the ability to adapt to a manufacturing environment; ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing.
- Must be able to adapt to change and have problem solving skills.
- Must have the ability to perform mathematical functions and have the ability to read.
- Basic computer skills required.
