Job Summary
Distribution Specialist at STgenetics will perform daily distribution duties including inventory accuracy, preparing and packaging orders, and ensuring timely shipment while adhering to safety protocols for biohazardous materials, chemicals, and potential radiation sources. The role requires lifting up to 70lbs, standing for long periods, and the ability to work in cold conditions. Strong math skills and attention to detail are essential, as is the ability to learn company software and follow established policies to maintain safe, efficient distribution operations.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years’ related experience in a distribution role
- Ability to learn company software
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under cold conditions
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Must be able to lift up to 70lbs routinely
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
