Job Summary
Responsible for performing all daily distribution tasks in the distribution department with accuracy and timely order processing while protecting product integrity. Maintain a safe and clean workspace, report unsafe conditions and accidents, visually identify defects in product quality, accurately identify and count product, maintain and improve inventory accuracy, report discrepancies, perform semen handling techniques, prepare tanks and packaging materials to ship orders, stage tanks for shipping, package orders accurately to meet ship dates, and perform other duties as needed by the Distribution Manager. Must learn company software, perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division), maintain accuracy, multitask, lift up to 70 lbs, stand for long periods, and adhere to safe work practices.
