Job Summary
The Distribution Risk and Compliance Manager will report to the Head of Risk and Compliance, overseeing compliance across distribution channels and managing risks from outsourcing activities. Key responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, analyzing customer complaints, reviewing third-party materials for compliance, ensuring timely regulatory reporting, and providing guidance on compliance matters to teams and partners. The ideal candidate must have a degree and substantial experience in risk and compliance, possess excellent communication skills, and be adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least 6-8 years of working experience in risk and/or compliance roles
- Experience in managing projects with multiple stakeholders
- Experience in Compliance and Risk processes
- Organized and meticulous
- Ability to work cross-functionally
