Job Summary
Manage distribution planning by importing 18-month shipment plans for imported spirits, monitoring sales and out-of-stock stock, and setting up stock transfer orders in SAP to balance inventory across plants and warehouses. Coordinate supply with manufacturing plants and logistics teams while maintaining master data in SAP, SAP APO, and OMP to ensure seamless demand flow. Identify risks to the supply plan, conduct root cause analysis, and communicate changes to stakeholders to optimize inventory levels and minimize write-offs. Report KPIs, manage slow-moving stock, and input monthly supply reviews for imported spirits to drive operational excellence and maintain high service levels.
