Distribution Planning, Analyst

Create and book sales orders, release pick slips for sub-con and intercompany shipments, and manage cancellations or reversals based on workflow requests. Check the ATS, PO/IR, and Oracle stock status to prevent data discrepancies, then coordinate with store personnel to ensure timely physical preparation for urgent shipments. Prepare daily stage reports via email to execute shipments promptly and resolve QA blocking issues by liaising with FG suppliers and QA personnel. Support quarter-end activities, including PI count operations, to maintain smooth shipment processes. This role requires 2–3 years of experience, Oracle proficiency, and is a 100% onsite position at Coherent Corp.
