Job Summary
Lead the development and management of strategic distribution partnerships for a global, revenue-driving program. Identify and onboard new GTM partners (agencies, SIs, consultancies, resellers) across AMER, drive partner-influenced revenue, align mutual success plans and metrics, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to mature indirect sales motions. Build and scale partner programs from inception to execution, educate the partner ecosystem on Figma’s products and AI capabilities, and drive co-marketing and co-selling motions to expand reach. Requires 10+ years in partnerships or related GTM roles, with 3+ years managing external partners and a track record of delivering measurable revenue outcomes. Open to remote work within the United States; roles in NYC or SF hubs also available. Pay transparency notes highlight base salary ranges for US-based roles.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience in partnerships, business development, channel, or related GTM roles
- 3+ years of experience handling external GTM partners (e.g., SIs, agencies, consultancies, ISVs, resellers, marketplaces, or referral partners)
- Proven experience building partner programs or strategies from inception to execution, including defining important metrics and revenue goals
- Experience managing multiple strategic partner relationships simultaneously and driving measurable revenue outcomes
