Job Summary
Supports order fulfillment activities within Distribution with approximately 20% time on the distribution floor for international shipment processing. On-site in Neenah, WI, with office-based responsibilities and occasional floor work. Responsibilities include managing the SAP order queue, printing/sorting orders, routing special requests with Sales, verifying order information, answering calls, performing record-keeping (inventories, tracking unshipped orders, correcting shipping errors), determining shipment weights for routing, processing international shipments with FedEx/DHL/UPS (weighing packages), monitoring supply levels, restocking as needed, performing various clerical duties including international invoices, assisting with SAP and Process Weaver testing, and providing backups for Distribution Operations Specialist. Requires schedule flexibility, safety-conscious approach, ability to lift 60 pounds, and overtime as needed. Starting pay is $19.00/hour with benefits including insurance, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) with match plus profit sharing, PTO/holidays, and wellness programs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or GED
- 2+ years general office experience, preferably in production environment
- SAP experience desirable
- Proficient in PC and MS Office Suite
- Basic math skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good telephone etiquette
- Able to lift 60 pounds
- Overtime availability
