Job Summary
Leading strategic improvement of distribution center operations across a multi-site network to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels. Partners with the logistics team, planning team, and DC operations to elevate the deployment function into a data-driven decision-making hub, oversee end-to-end site optimization, aggregate supply planning data to inform high-level strategies, and optimize inbound, capacity, and freight decisions while ensuring compliance and safety. Requires extensive experience in supply chain/logistics, cross-functional leadership, and strong technical know-how in IBP/SIOP and warehouse operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- APICS certification preferred
- Usually 7–10+ years in supply chain, logistics, or IBP/SIOP
- Leadership experience leading large, cross-functional teams
- Strong knowledge of IBP process and warehouse operations
