Job Summary
Lead warehouse, delivery, and inventory operations to ensure safe, organized, and efficient environments. Drive cultural transformation using Lean and Six Sigma principles to streamline workflows and improve productivity. Manage long-term operational projects from planning through implementation while partnering with management to execute overall strategy. Coach, train, and develop employees to build an engaged team, and track metrics to enforce performance standards. Identify staffing needs, manage hiring, and oversee transitions to support growth. This safety-sensitive role requires 5-7 years of management experience and proficiency in dispatch systems. Shifts run 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.
