Job Summary
Direct day-to-day operations of finished goods through the warehouse, managing staff, receiving, storing, stocking, and distributing product to ensure on-time delivery and shipping accuracy. Oversee approximately 300+ employees, controlling costs for facility operations, purchases, maintenance, and travel while developing leadership teams through training and career development. Troubleshoot moderate to complex operational issues, enforce compliance for inventory management, labor management, and cycle counting, and escalate critical matters to senior leadership. Maintain a safe, clean environment by adhering to labor laws and fostering strong cross-functional communication with Senior Directors of Distribution and engineers.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two (6) to four (8) years experience in management
- Demonstrated ability to use technology (MS Office, WMS, SAP & AS/400) to gather, interpret, analyze and present date
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to function in an ever-changing environment
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in distribution or warehouse environment highly preferred
