Job Summary
Lead by example on the warehouse floor, working alongside employees to ensure high levels of accuracy, productivity, and safety. Direct all aspects of day-to-day warehouse operations across inbound, outbound, and supporting departments. Coach and develop warehouse managers who lead a team of 500+ employees through daily feedback and hands-on leadership. Drive operational excellence through accountability and continuous improvement to deliver industry-leading service and same-day shipping. Investigate operational challenges, remove barriers, and implement practical, data-driven improvements that strengthen warehouse performance. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years leading high-volume distribution operations. The position offers a salary from $200,000 to $275,000 in Irving, TX, with comprehensive health insurance, a 401(k) match, and tuition assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years leading high-volume distribution operations
- Experience leading with KPIs, performance metrics and warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong problem-solving, communication and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment
- Must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
