Distribution Manager Senior

The role focuses on optimizing distributor value, enabling growth via business development plans, co-op and marketing initiatives, and ensuring effective collaboration with channel partners. Responsibilities include managing distributor metrics (co-op, sales out, training, technical support), influencing account reps, and delivering medium-complexity, data-driven solutions with cross-functional teams. Requires strong sales and leadership capabilities, solid understanding of Zebra products/services, solution selling, financial acumen, and the ability to independently guide initiatives under general supervision. The position reports to group managers/directors and involves influencing buyers/decision-makers for mid-size deals, with a focus on channel profitability and revenue attainment.
