Job Summary
Distribution Manager to join Lore Group's London hub, supporting the Revenue teams and overseeing the online distribution ecosystem across direct channels, OTAs, and GDS. Responsibilities include managing and optimising distribution channels, ensuring accurate rate and inventory management via channel managers (SiteMinder, SynXis), onboarding new partners and managing integrations, ensuring content is optimised (images, descriptions, amenities), monitoring KPIs (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR), producing weekly/monthly performance reports, and collaborating with Revenue, Sales, Digital and Technology teams. Requires experience in hospitality distribution, strong analytical and Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple systems and projects. The role involves travel to properties as required and is based in London. Knowledge of SiteMinder, SynXis, PMS/CRS platforms, and a customer-focused, proactive approach are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years hospitality distribution experience
- channel management experience (OTAs, GDS)
- experience with hotel systems (PMS/CRS)
- strong analytical skills with Excel
- experience managing integrations with distribution partners
- ability to optimise rate parity and content across channels
