Job Summary
Oversee daily distribution activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping products from the warehouse to customers. Plan and optimize delivery routes to reduce costs and improve delivery times while ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient stock management. Track and analyze distribution performance metrics, such as delivery times and inventory levels, to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that increase efficiency and productivity. Collaborate with logistics team members to ensure smooth operations and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Requires a Certified Logistics Professional (CLP) certification and 3-5 years of experience in distribution, logistics, or supply chain management.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in distribution, logistics, or supply chain management
- Successful experience in managing distribution operations and teams
- Understanding of logistics principles, practices
- Proficiency in logistics software and technology
- Certified Logistics Professional (CLP) certification in logistics or supply chain management
