Job Summary
Distribution Branch Manager oversees daily distribution/warehouse operations, leads a team of distribution specialists, ensures safe handling of materials, optimizes inventory flow, improves processes, and achieves KPIs. Responsible for staffing, training and developing team members, maintaining high customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service via phone and in-person interactions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business objectives. Requires leadership experience, expertise in warehouse operations and inventory management, strong communication and organizational skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Logistics and Supply Chain Management (or equivalent). Spanish language proficiency is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Logistics and Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or distribution management
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing or supervising teams
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and distribution processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Spanish language proficiency preferred
