Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of Delivery Specialists, ensuring outbound order accuracy, route optimization, and full compliance with Arizona cannabis regulations. Perform driver duties as needed to build efficient delivery routes, conduct vehicle inspections, and manage fleet operations per OSHA and ADOT standards. Serve as the primary operational contact for dispensary intake managers, resolve routine delivery issues, and monitor inventory discrepancies. Coach driver behaviors, review schedules generated by Dispatch, and complete end-of-day operational reports while maintaining KPI performance. This physical role requires lifting up to 75 lbs and operating company vehicles for 12-14 hour days. You will work within Timeless Select's leading lifestyle brand, supporting local dispensaries and advancing the cannabis industry through efficient, safe, and discreet delivery solutions.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Clean driving record for the previous five years
- Must meet all applicable Department of Transportation requirements
- Must pass all background screening requirements
- Must qualify for and maintain an Arizona Facility Agent Card
- Ability to repeatedly lift, lower, and carry products weighing up to 75 pounds
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb in a warehouse and delivery environment
- Ability to operate company vehicles safely for extended periods, as long as 12-14 hour days
- 2 - 3 years experience in driving large cargo vehicle(s)
- 2 - 3 years experience in deliveries
- 2 - 4 years experience in Managing Teams

- Experience working within highly regulated industries preferred
