Job Summary
Distributes newspapers overnight in a 28-hour weekly, 5-day schedule. Driving of a personal vehicle for residential newspaper deliveries is required, with vehicle provided for mileage reimbursement. Performs warehouse and manual tasks (unloading newspapers, assisting in dispatch, route driving, and product verification) and may train to use pallet jack or other warehouse equipment. Must have reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, automobile insurance as required, and ability to work at night in adverse conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle
- Able to unload bundles of newspapers (30 – 50 lbs)
- Able to operate a automobile
- Able to work in a warehouse environment
- Must be able to work overnight/night shift
