Job Summary
Manage Logistics Service Providers (LSP) support, monitor compliance with legal and statutory requirements, and plan daily distribution schedules with Customer Service and Warehouse teams. Coordinate deliveries to meet customer ETAs, resolve inbound logistics issues for raw materials, and initiate corrective actions on LSP performance findings. Create freight costs, verify site assessments, and maintain ISO documentation while ensuring customs and regulatory compliance for import/export activities. Prepare weekly performance reports and KPIs, investigate complaints such as short weight claims, and reconcile logistics invoices. Act as the Logistics focal point for Safety, Quality Management System, and Environmental activities at the Kluang site.
