Job Summary
Deliver statewide products to bars, restaurants, hotels, and other customer locations while performing daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Sort merchandise by invoice, load and unload cargo ensuring safety equipment is utilized, and check in money and returned goods daily with the Driver Check-in & Accounting Cashier. Operate the vehicle in adherence to all safety regulations, traffic laws, and Department of Transportation guidelines, completing required paperwork including the DOT logbook and DVIR. Plan trip logistics, obtain necessary transport documents, and report any incidents to the dispatcher. Maintain the vehicle, product, and equipment in a tidy, good working order. Full-time role with extended hours, overtime, weekends, and peak-season schedules; competitive hourly pay of $30.50.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience
- Class B Commercial Driver's License
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to frequently lift, lower, push, carry, or pull up to 48 pounds
- Must be able to regularly sit and operate machinery such as a forklift, pallet jacks, and battery change stations
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Extended hours, overtime, weekends, and peak‐season schedules may be required
