Job Summary
Distribution Coordinator responsible for managing inbound and outbound shipments, coordinating with warehouse and distribution teams, communicating shipping schedules to customers, preparing and managing shipping paperwork, tracking shipments (UPS/FedEx) and updating schedules, ensuring accuracy of shipments, updating customer shipping instructions, learning internal systems and inventory spreadsheets, identifying issues, supporting problem resolution, and contributing to process improvements and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data entry
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
