Job Summary
Distribution Coordinator supports regional commercial strategies to maximize revenue across distribution channels (OTA, GDS, Call Center, Brand.com) and ensures rate integrity and inventory distribution. Provides operational and analytical support, onboarding and troubleshooting of distribution channels, collaborates with Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations, and communicates performance, requirements, and updates to stakeholders. Requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment within a hospitality setting. Minimum education of Bachelor’s in Hospitality or Business Administration and 0–2 years of relevant experience; English fluency essential. Location: Madrid, Spain; in-person work arrangement.

- 0–2 years of experience in hospitality, revenue management, e-commerce, or commercial operations
- Fluent English both written and spoken

- Fluent English; another European language a plus
