Distribution Coordinator

Manage inbound customer enquiries, process orders accurately, and coordinate deliveries while tracking progress and delays. Liaise with planning, production, and haulage teams to schedule orders and ensure successful fulfilment. Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, escalating issues where appropriate. Maintain accurate records and update orders within the Excalibur system, including processing cash sales and payment records. Support colleagues with administrative assistance as required. This role sits within the Asphalt & Aggregates team at Treforest, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
