Job Summary
Distribution Command Center Analyst monitors and evaluates workforce processes and volumes to optimize Sales Desk efficiency. Responsibilities include developing capacity planning, forecasting, and scheduling; analyzing historical call patterns and marketing initiatives to forecast staffing for all interaction types; supervising intraday, daily, weekly, and monthly reporting; coordinating with Telecom, Training & Development, and Sales Leadership to maintain service levels; performing qualitative and quantitative analyses of sales funnel and call center activities; making real-time adjustments to resource allocations; and contributing to the design and implementation of new Sales Desk command center processes. Requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 2+ years of data analytics experience; knowledge of Salesforce/CRM, telephony/IEX; strong analytical and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of data analytics experience
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce/CRM, telephony/IEX
- 2+ years of experience in insurance or financial services industry (preferred)
- Ability to develop, document, and implement standardized best practices across workforce functions
- Proficiency in creating and publishing reports (intraday, daily, weekly, monthly) and in using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI)
