Job Summary
Monitor and replenish designated Par Areas to ensure par levels meet utilization history, while communicating with Materials Management Administration regarding supply shortages or backorders. Alert administration of inventory fluctuations due to obsolescence or stock shortages, and affix patient charge labels on products as required. Ensure storerooms, supply carts, and inventory areas remain clean, well-maintained, and secure by restocking through reorder recommendation reports and assisting in delivering non-stock items. Utilize handheld technology for inventory transactions, monitor disaster supplies carts for required inventory and levels, and check product expiration dates in maintained areas. Work normal scheduled hours including holidays, call-backs, weekends, and on-call rotations, adhering to a valid California driver's license requirement.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work normal/scheduled working hours to include Holidays, call-backs, weeknights, weekends, and on-call.

- An applicant for this job position is required to provide a copy of their current CA driver's license along with a current DMV driving record printout as requested by the Hospital during the application process.
- The DMV driving record print out must be dated within one (1) week of the scheduled interview with the Hospital and must have the word 'END' printed at the bottom of the driver's history report.
- The employee must maintain a valid CA driver's license and current DMV report, the results of which are within acceptable standards as per SVMC policy as a condition of employment.
- The employee will also be required as a condition of employment to enroll in the DMV Pull Notice program to allow the Hospital to receive notice of any changes in their driving record.
