Job Summary
Manage indirect channel partner agreements and due diligence while conducting screening and evaluations. Oversee the Securimate platform to ensure it remains updated and collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain business continuity. Lead the development, monitoring, and implementation of SOPs across EurAsia. This role requires at least two to three years of experience in compliance, contract, or distribution management. The position offers a competitive salary range of 920,000.00 CZK to 1,380,000.00 CZK in Czechia and includes eligibility for the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
Required Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of experience in compliance position, contract or distribution management
- Bachelor's degree in Management or Business Administration
- Proficient in MS office (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Typically, an individual contributor with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty
- Attention to details and a high sense of dedication and ownership
- Delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results
- Strong verbal & written communication skills in English
- Manage the Indirect Channel Partners agreements and due diligence
- Manage the Securimate platform and making sure it is always updated
- Conduct the screening and evaluation the indirect channel partners
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure business continuity
- Leading the development, monitoring, coordination, and implementation of SOPs in EurAsia
