Job Summary
Manage indirect channel partner agreements and due diligence while overseeing the Securimate platform to ensure it remains updated. Conduct screening and evaluation of indirect channel partners, collaborating with internal stakeholders to maintain business continuity. Lead the development, monitoring, coordination, and implementation of SOPs across EurAsia. This role requires at least 2-3 years of experience in compliance, contract, or distribution management, with a Bachelor's degree in Management or Business Administration. The position offers a competitive salary range of 920,000.00 CZK - 1,380,000.00 CZK in Czechia, includes eligibility for the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP), and supports Medtronic's mission to alleviate pain and extend life through innovative healthcare technology.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of experience in compliance position, contract or distribution management
- Bachelor's degree in Management or Business Administration
- Proficient in MS office (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Typically, an individual contributor with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty
- Attention to details and a high sense of dedication and ownership
- Delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results
- Strong verbal & written communication skills in English
- May negotiate with others to reach understanding or agreement, and influence decision-making
