Job Summary
Distribution Center Team Lead oversees and leads all DC operations across Shipping, Inventory, Direct-to-Consumer, and Receiving, acting as a safety champion and guiding associates to meet daily goals. Responsibilities include leading shipping and warehouse operations, ensuring efficient procedures, managing staffing to balance workload, overseeing cycle counts and inventory accuracy in SAP, directing Direct-to-Consumer workflows, and supervising receiving processes. The role emphasizes KPI tracking, materials readiness, safety culture, data-driven improvements, and alignment with Corelle Brand’s Mission, Vision, and Values. Requires high school level education, 2+ years in distribution or leadership, and proficiency with MS Office and SAP.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma /GED
- 2 years of distribution-experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with leading a team
- Experience utilizing MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Good verbal as well as written communication skills
- Good organization and business administration skills
- Experience with SAP or related inventory systems preferred
- Experience in communicating improvements needed in areas impacting Shipping, Direct-to-Consumer, Inventory and Receiving
