Job Summary
Lead distribution center operations on the 2nd shift (4 PM–2:30 AM) in Texas, directing and training associates to ensure efficient workflow, scheduling outbound shipments and carrier coordination, overseeing discrepancies and safety compliance, and maintaining productive teamwork; requires power-equipment certification, WMS/LMS knowledge, ability to read numbers, and ability to train and supervise staff.
Required Qualifications
- High School education or equivalent
- At least 1 year of related experience in a distribution center environment
- Certification to operate all power equipment as required
- Knowledge of the Warehouse Management System (WMS), and Labor Management System required
- Demonstrates Northern Tool + Equipment’s 12 Core Competencies
- PC experience as it relates to the essential functions of the position
