Job Summary
Supervise the Picking & Replenishment team at the Distribution Center, driving productivity, accuracy, and overall team performance. Set daily pick goals and adjust staffing, audit work for accuracy, conduct root cause analysis on picking errors, and train/coach associates. Ensure safety compliance and proper equipment use, maintain an organized workspace, and collaborate on peak planning and staffing strategies. This role supports outbound operations and requires leadership across multiple shifts, with responsibilities including task assignment, daily workflow management, and cross-functional collaboration to uphold customer service standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2–3 years in distribution or logistics
- 1+ year leadership experience
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and quality focus
