Job Summary
Distribution Center Outbound Supervisor (2:30pm–11:00pm) in Fargo, ND responsible for leading picking, packing, and shipping operations, supervising the outbound team, ensuring orders meet customer specifications and quality standards, and coordinating with inbound for inventory flow. Manages RF scanners, WMS usage, labeling, carrier selection, training, safety meetings, and equipment maintenance while maintaining a safe, organized facility. Oversees staff development, performance feedback, and adherence to safety policies; collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations and timely order fulfillment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-year business/trade degree or equivalent work experience
- Prior supervisory experience with minimum 3 years of prior warehouse distribution experience preferred
- Must have a valid driver’s license to operate company vehicles
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including cycle counting, picking, packing, and shipping
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and supply chain logistics preferred
- Experience operating forklift or other warehouse equipment preferred
- Ability to read, write and speak in English required
- Strong working knowledge of PC for Windows, Microsoft Office (Excel and Word), internet, email, and SAP software preferred
