Distribution Center Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Job Summary
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including scheduling deliveries, route coordination, and recruiting drivers. Supervise staff performance, conduct interviews and evaluations, and manage vehicle service logs. Coordinate daily routing requirements with Territory Owner-Associates and control material flow in and out of the warehouse. Maintain Direct Through Stock processes, perform inventory cycle counts, and ensure warehouse cleanliness for product accessibility. Execute order picking, packing, and receiving while managing defined warehouse activities for receipt, inventory placement, and shipment. Participate in general housekeeping and complete other assigned duties. Requires 3 years of warehouse operations experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard warehouse equipment.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years' experience working in warehouse operations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience working with Microsoft Office
- Proficiency with MS Excel
- Ability to use standard office equipment, including but not limited to computerized bar code scanner, printer, and standard warehouse equipment/tools/machines/vehicles
- Basic math and reasoning skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and shift priorities as needed
- Ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- High degree of discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential information
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Ability to lift/move/carry up to 50lbs
- Ability to be on your feet for 8 hours a day
- Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, reach, twist and push
- Ability to climb stairs and step ladders, bend, stoop, crouch, and kneel
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years' experience in distribution/warehouse supervision, lead or management role
- Bachelor's degree in distribution, supply chain, business, or other related degree
