Job Summary
Conduct daily receiving, putaway, and shipping operations utilizing voice picking systems and powered equipment to fulfill e-commerce and store replenishment orders. Execute inbound inspections, freight checks, and inventory stowing while maintaining accuracy across multi-level modules and conveyor systems. Operate forklifts, order pickers, and walkie riders to relocate stock from docks to active pick locations and load completed packages for outbound trucks. Adhere to standardized work procedures for picking, packing, and cutting, ensuring safe work areas and consistent productivity standards. Maintain inventory records and support other distribution departments throughout the center.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Minimum 3 months combined work history
- Proficiency in operating multiple pieces of warehouse powered equipment (walkie rider, stock chaser, stand up forklift, order picker, and/or reach truck)
- Ability to pass background checks and investigations due to foreign, federal, state and local regulations; based on position responsibility and sensitivity, periodic check and reinvestigations may be performed
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and a safe manner
- Arrives on time and is prepared to begin work at the scheduled shift time and committed to working scheduled hours with flexibility to work additional hours based on changing business needs
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a professional manner, both orally and in writing, at all levels within and outside the organization
- Flexible, with a positive attitude and passion for knowledge
- Possesses focused attention to detail while working quickly and accurately under pressure

Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience working in a Distribution Center or warehouse environment is preferred
- Knowledge of various distribution systems such as labor management system, radio frequency devices and voice picking preferred
