Job Summary
Unload trucks, receive material, put away inventory, pick customer orders, stage orders for delivery, and load delivery trucks. Ensure product is handled with care to prevent damage while maintaining attention to detail for accurate warehouse tasks. Keep the warehouse clean, neat, and organized. Handle large products such as water heaters, furnaces, and showers. Work a standard 9am-5:30pm shift with a minimum lifting capacity of 50 lbs. Forklift experience and RF scanner proficiency are preferred. Famous Supply serves contractors and builders in the HVAC, plumbing, and building products sectors since 1933.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand on feet for majority of an 8 hour day
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Applicants must be lawfully authorized to work in the United States.
Desired Qualifications
- Forklift experience
- Building industry experience and requisite product knowledge
- Experience working in a warehouse
- Experience using RF Scanners
