Job Summary
Distribution Center Order Picker responsible for accurately and efficiently picking orders, assembling pallets, repacking damaged product, maintaining inventory accuracy, and documenting activities. Requires reading pick lists, inspecting items for quality, adhering to safety policies, and supporting warehouse operations. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, work in a fast-paced environment, and be flexible for day or night shifts, including weekends. Emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and aligning with the company’s Golden Rule of Respect, Fairness, Trust, and Care.
