Job Summary
Distribution Center Operations Supervisor leads daily warehouse operations and teams (40-hour week, 3:30 PM–12:30 AM shift) in La Habra, CA. Responsibilities include driving productivity and efficiency, motivating and coaching a supervisor-led team of 30+ associates, monitoring performance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with the Operations Manager. Requires leadership experience, strong communication, ability to respond quickly in emergencies, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; a HS diploma/GED is required with a preferred Bachelor’s degree. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or higher
- 2+ years experience in a distribution center or similar environment
- 2+ years experience in a leadership role
- 2+ years experience with Microsoft Office
