Job Summary
Lead a team at CVS Health's distribution facility by planning, organizing, and supervising daily shift activities to achieve production and delivery goals. Monitor employee performance, balance workloads through daily readings, and ensure all staff have necessary equipment and materials to complete tasks. Conduct staff meetings, verify accurate worksheet submissions, and provide ongoing training to meet productivity standards. Utilize reports and procedures to project workload, resolve problems, and make sound business decisions while communicating effectively across all levels. Selected candidates must be flexible for 1st shift hours (5:00am to 1:30pm), with additional weekend and 2nd shift coverage as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
- Flexibility of working 1st shift hours of 5:00am to 1:30pm
- Additional flexibility as needed due to work volume
- Weekends as needed
- Provide 2nd shift coverage for colleagues that are on vacation
- Verifiable High school Diploma/GED
Desired Qualifications
- Warehouse Management Systems experience
- MS Office experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees
- Ability to analyze information effectively and consistently
- Ability to complete assignments within established timelines
- Ability to complete work under general supervision
